Large villa is nestled on a hill top, overlooking Mediterranean sea. It is surrounded by a large garden of 4000 sq. m. with fruit and olive trees, colorful flowers. Villa is located in 2,5 km away from the beach and a seaside resort with essential facilities – shops, taverns, cafes. More shopping, entertainment and dining options you can find in Rethymno, which is 15-minutes away. Car rental is essential when staying.
On the ground floor, there is a kitchen and dining area. The living room is a few steps down on the left and features a fireplace, board games, LED TV, iPod dock station, DVD and stereo for entertainment. WIFI internet access available throughout the villa. On the same floor, 1 twin bedroom with private balcony and 1 shower room.
Internal stairs leads to the upper floor, there are 3 more bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third has twin beds. These bedrooms share 1 large bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
Depending on your group size, the villa has extra studio. It is suitable for 4 guests offering 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds. It also has a shower room, kitchenette and a sitting corner.
Outdoor area has all you need for relaxing vacations. There is a private swimming pool, which measures 80 sq. m. Depth varies from 0.8 to 1.8 m, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas complement the deck. In addition, outdoor grill available for the guests to cook delicious barbeque and enjoy dinners followed by perfect weather.
