Three levels Villa 510 m2 can hosts up to 12 guests in 6 double bedrooms. An elevator offers easy access to all levels of the Villa and guests can have direct access to the pool terrace from the ground floor living room.
Lower Ground
The lower ground of the Villa: there’s a well equipped gym with a treadmill, static bicycle, a butterfly machine and workout weights!
Additionally, sitting area, home cinema with a 52’ flat screen TV, sound system, a Playstation 4 console (which can also play Blue Ray disks) and pool table, ensures that everyone will have a good time with their loved ones! In addition, a wooden sauna cabin.
Finally, one bedroom with shower cabin.
Ground Floor
Using the stairs or the elevator, guests can reach the ground floor where the cosy sitting room, with large corner sofa. The open plan area also included a dining area for 10 guests and offers and direct access to the pool terrace. A few steps way, the kitchen, as well as direct access to the outdoor area, BBQ facilities and dining table. Also, two more bedrooms woth shower cabins
First Floor
On the first floor: three bedrooms with shower cabins. All bedrooms have access to balconies equipped with patio furniture.

– All in-house electronics are available, including a dishwasher, 65’ smart TV with satellite reception, large double door fridge with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (at the lower ground bathroom), built-in oven and microwave, electric kitchen, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, french coffee maker, espresso coffee machine, juice maker, vacuum cleaner, food processor, Bluetooth dock, iron and iron board.
