This fantastic, modern villa offers a high quality in design, appliances, and furnishings. It can easily accommodate up to 12 people. It is located right on the beach of Rethymno town, some 3 km away from the center, next to all the amenities that the area offers, such as taverns, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The villa consists of 3 levels. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The villa consists of 3 levels:

On the ground floor there is a living-dining room, kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds and en suite shower/WC. Also a second bedroom with a double bed.

The upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. Further on there are 2 shower/WC, one en suite in one of the bedrooms with the double bed.

On the 3rd level (semi-basement) there is the 6th bedroom with two single beds and a shower/ Wc and a playroom with a billiard table.

On the exterior, there is a nice pool in a size of 32 sq. m (4 x 8) and a small grass area, ideal for children to play. Around the pool, there are deck chairs and umbrellas, which are available for sunbathing and relaxation. A car is not necessary as everything is around and a taxi station is at a distance of 50 meters. Children are most welcome in the villa and a high Chair and a baby cot can be provided. Please notice changeover day is Saturday.
