Villa located just 350 meters away from the beach, cafes and restaurants! The Villa boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a 50m2 pool, BBQ facilities and amazing sea views. Villa can hosts up to 14 guests.

It is practically divided into two houses, offering 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in total – great option for two families traveling together, who wish to enjoy some privacy.
On the ground floor, there are two bright and airy living rooms, comfortably furnished for rest, with satellite TV, DVD player and wireless internet access available everywhere. Each kitchen of the villa comes with full set of appliances, set of crockery for self-cooking: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and other items. Two dining tables sit 6 persons. Double doors from both living rooms directly access a large, veranda with patio furniture.
Additionally, 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) are located on this level, 3 bathrooms (fitted with a bathtub or a large shower cabin).
Upper floor houses rest 3 bedrooms – two of them have double beds, while the third one has two single beds, which can be combined into a double. All bedrooms have COCO Mat mattresses for most harmonious sleep and access to a large balcony. Finally, an extra bathroom with a shower cabin is available on the first floor.

The outdoor swimming pool measures 50 sq. m. with spacious deck around, where both adults and children can have fun, splashing and sunbathing. Sunbeds provided, umbrellas and wooden side tables ensure ultimate comfort.
Stone built barbeque area complements the garden, with stylish furniture to relax and also a dining table and chairs for the alfresco meals.
