Villa is set in 300 m2 outdoor area with a 50m2 private heated swimming pool and a special children’s pool compartment (0,55 metres deep). The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long enjoying the Cretan sun! Dining area with BBQ facilities (gas), offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the sea!

On the ground floor: there are two spacious bedrooms en suite bathrooms.
On the first floor: there are four bedrooms en suite bathrooms.

There is secured parking space for 2 cars, as well as an additional free parking space outside the Villa’s premises for more cars. The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso machine, Filter coffee machine & Frappe machine, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble dryer, Iron & Board, 3 Hair dryers, open plan fully equipped kitchen!

Pool Heating Policy:
-The pool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.
-4 days in advance – prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 80€ per day for the first two days.
-For every additional day of use the charge of heating the pool is 50€.
-Pool heating can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required.
-In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool.

Villa is located in Rethymno, which is a friendly sea side village, and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.

Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
