On the ground floor of the house the guest will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and private bathroom, air condition. On the ground floor there is also a large open space with living room, dining room, kitchen and a separate laundry room. Also, in the open space there is a large dining room, able to accommodate you and your family or friends.

On the first floor the guest will find 3 bedrooms.The master bedroom is 35 sqm with 1 double and 1 single bed, its own bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms are with double beds and bathroom.

In the basement of the house you can spend endless hours relaxing with your family or friends, as it has a pool table, fitness equipment, 60-inch Tv and a mini bar. On this level there is one more bedroom, with 1 double bed, air conditioning and separate bathroom.

Villa is located nearsmall village by the sea use to be a fishing village in the old times.
Those days you can find nice restaurants, cafes, mini markets all in walking distance. The nearest beach is about 200m from the villa.

The outdoor area of Villa: you will find the pool 40 m²(can be heated upon request for an extra charge) and depth 1.40, with children's section, around the pool there is a variety of furnished areas with comfortable sunbeds, shower, barbecue and a large outdoor dining table.
