Villa is a three-storey residence, 250 sq. m. on a plot of land 2,000sq. m. The five bedroom villa provides the amenities for a self catered holiday and can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.
Ground Floor: open plan living area consisting of the living room, dining area, sitting room with the fireplace and the kitchen.
Next to the living room is the dining area with a table that can seat up to 12 persons. Right next to the dining room is the sitting room with two sofas and a 32” HDTV, Playstation 4 and bluetooth speaker. Finally on this level there is an air conditioned bedroom with one double bed (1,60x2,00) as well as an ensuite bathroom with shower.
First Floor: Three bedrooms of the villa. There is the master bedroom with a double bed (1,60x2,00) which has a walk-in closet, HDTV, AC and a balcony with sea views. The master bedroom’s ensuite bathroom offers a jacuzzi, a hydromassage shower cabin with sauna and a private balcony. The second bedroom of the first floor offers a double bed (1,60x2,00), AC, closet and a private balcony. The third bedroom of the first floor offers a double bed (1,60x2,00), AC and a balcony with sea views. In between the second and third bedrooms there is a bathroom with a shower. Finally there is a mini fridge, washing machine and clothes dryer.
Attic: Stairs from the first floor lead you upstairs to the attic with a wooden vaulted ceiling which contains a double bed (1,55 x 2,00) and two single beds (1,20 x 2,00 and 0,90 x 2,00) and a fireplace.
