Villa is very close to a sandy beach and shops and restaurants!

The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, bean bag chairs and umbrellas, so you can relax all day long and enjoy the sunset! Also, BBQ facilities are at your disposal, as well as a shaded outdoor dining area!

Three levels villa 210 m2 villa can hosts 11 guests.

On the ground level of Villa guests will see a large open plan room, consisted of the first living room and a kitchen with direct access to pool area and terrace. Two bedrooms, each one with a King Size Bed (1,60X2,00), one of which also opens up to the pool terrace, are located on the ground floor, along with a family bathroom with a bathtub.

The first floor from the outdoor area, you will enter a separate living room with direct access to a veranda. The second kitchen. An additional bedroom with a King Size Bed (1,60X2,00) as well as a WC.

Second Floor: two bedrooms with two single beds each. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and last but not least an extra bathroom with bathtub is available.

Villa is also very baby friendly oriented, equipped with all the necessary equipment a family travelling with a baby will need.
Also, on the ground floor living room there’s a mini football table available. Guests will also find a ping pong and a basket hoop in the garden! Just 400 meters away from the Villa there is an entertainment area with a playground, cafe, tavern, basketball field and other facilities where children can play in a beautiful natural environment!

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa! No shared areas!

– Housekeeping, towels and linen changes, as well as garden cleaning are included in the price once per week.
– Additional cleaning service can be arranged with an extra charge of 50€/day. Prior notice required.
