Private land of 4,000 sq. m near the village, villa has the unique advantage which will make you feel that you are staying in the nature although you will be next to everything! Facing towards the Cretan sea and only a few km away from the sandy beach and Rethymno town, the villa offers unspoiled views to the sea and full privacy.

Entering the villa from the main entrance on the ground floor you will find a spacious open plan area with a kitchen, living room area with satellite 55” HDTV with Netflix and an indoor dining table. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

The first floor: there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and hydro-massage. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the other has 2 single beds which can be transformed to be a double one if needed. All the bedrooms have access to the balcony.

On the ground floor leads you down to the lower floor. This floor also has its own entrance from the outdoor and it could be a totally independent from the rest of the house. On this floor there is an open plan area with living room, secondary kitchen and dining table. Additionally there is a laundry room with a washing machine. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be transformed to be a double one if needed. Additionally a bathroom with shower and hydro-massage are found on the same floor. This floor has also a direct access to the pool area.

Outdoor area

More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

– 55 sq. m ecological swimming pool
– Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with a wood oven and sink

– A variety of furnished spots (with sun beds, umbrellas and sofa and chairs) for relaxing in the veranda and the gardens around the villa
