Villa is part of a complex with two Villas in total, each of them with separate facilities and private pools.

Villa in 350m2 outdoor area with a 115m2 private heated swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Dinig area with barbecues (Gas BBQ & sink) and outdoor lounge area.

Bonus: A ping-pong table is also available outdoors for endless hours of fun & relaxation.

Villa 230m2 indoor space. The luxurious Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in real beds and two extra guests can be accommodated in the sofa bed of the living room (or two folding beds can be provided in the basement area upon request). The maximum capacity is 12 guests.

There is secure parking space inside the Villa’s premises for three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Nespresso Delonghi Machine (capsules), Filter coffee machine, Frappe machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Dishwasher, Food Processor (Multi), Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Safety Box, Smoke Detector and a fully equipped kitchen.

Guests have the entire property to their private use! Full access inside and outside the Villa!

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Daily Housekeeping is included (vacuuming, moping of the floors, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms & kitchen) • Towels and linen changes every 4 days • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, Children’s plastic (non-breakable) plates and cups, Baby Bathtub and Stroller are available upon request.

Pool & Whirlpool Heating Policy:
-The pool & whirlpool can be heated during the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C degrees.
-4 days in advance – prior notice is required, before arrival, for the pool & whirlpool to reach 28 °C, depending on the outdoor temperature. The cost is 80€ per day.
-Pool & whirlpool can strictly be booked for the duration of your entire stay, and the total cost is a sum of the above. Prior notice is required.
-In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool & whirlpool.
