The Villa boasts five bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests.
Two of the bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, lightened up with natural light from the windows. The former features one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00). There is also a bathroom located on the ground floor, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin.
The latter bedroom of the ground floor features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, boasting en suite bathroom, that features a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin.

A modernly designed staircase leads to an exceptional Attic type bedroom featuring one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00), for moments of total relaxation. This bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom, featuring a walk-in, overhead rainfall shower with cabin. For your outmost convenience, it also features a specially designed area, where two more guests can be accommodated in two folding beds.
The master bedroom of the Villa, features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, lightened up with natural light from the windows and boasting amazing sea and countryside views. The bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom, featuring double sink and bathtub.
Bonus: There is a hidden attic type room on the first floor that you need to discover. As kids, most of us have dreamed of having a secret place, creating a fairytale romance from even the most basic items.
*This special designed bedroom with one single bed can accommodate one extra guest, adult or kid; it will make you become one of the protagonists of the story and feel like you live in a magic world. (air condition is not provided in this bedroom.)
Villa is set in 3 acres, a 70 m2 lawn covered area, with a 45 m2 private swimming pool. For an added touch of relaxation, the swimming pool is embellished with a five seater whirlpool (not heated) and a special children’s compartment (0,50 metres deep).
The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. An outdoor shower is also at your disposal. BBQ facilities (charcoal), wooden oven, gas hobs, a fridge and sink are available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple! An outdoor shaded dining area, sitting area and lounge area are.
*A WC is also available outdoors.

There is free secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for 4 cars with natural shade.
