Villa is only 7-10 minutes’ walk away from both sandy beach and essential facilities like: shops, supermarket, taverns, bakery, pharmacy. Vibrant town of Rethymno with its numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options is in 10-15 minutes’ drive. Also, there is bus, connecting villa to the town on regular basis (bus stop is in few minutes on foot from the villa)

Villa is surrounded by a lush green garden full of olive, fruit trees and several vast lawns. The house itself consists of two floors and comfortably accommodates a group or a large family of 12 guests.

The basement houses the storage room and laundry the basement, also there is small but functional fitness room, equipped with treadmill and power exercise machine – perfect for those who prefer to work out even when vacations. In addition, an independent apartment is located here: with a double bedroom, bathroom fitted with shower, a kitchen and living room with fireplace.
Ground floor includes a spacious living room, incorporating the kitchen and dining room. Further, there are 4 bedrooms (2 double bedded, 2 twin bedded). They share a big family bathroom with Jacuzzi and two sinks. Bedrooms face either north or south.
All bedrooms are individually air-conditioned and fitted with ample storage space.

The outdoor facilities of the villa offer: a series of furnished terraces, playground for children, large pool swimming pool of 40 sq. m. complemented with sunbeds and a shaded pergola with all necessary equipment for barbeque preparation.
