The 320 sq. m two-storey villa combines traditional style, a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families and children or a group of friends!

Furnished in stylish romantic touches, the villa has 5 bedrooms and each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It can accommodate 10 people in beds and up to 12 people if it is necessary.

Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa and a fireplace and the indoor dining area. The area opens to a veranda with a sitting area offering sea view.
Then the open area is connected to the second living room area with a large sofa, 42” HDTV, a fireplace and a DVD player. Next to the second living area there is a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The kitchen area has access to outdoor area which leads to the pool area through a staircase.
The right side of the ground floor has an office space and a bedroom with a double bed, 32” TV, closet and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom also has a loft with an office space and a bookshelf with books.

The first floor: 4 bedrooms of the villa. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a loft with a single bed. The second bedroom is the master bedroom with a double bed, a walk in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The third and forth bedroom have 2 single beds and a double bed respectively with en-suite bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with a 32” TV and a balcony with sea or garden views.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area surrounded by various trees and flowers offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation.
