The main entrance door with a porch leads into a spacious open plan living-shaped L, with a big fireplace in the corner, with 2 sofas and armchairs around a large coffee table. Beyond the living room is a formal dining room. Very well equipped kitchen with an extra dining table and chairs. On one side of the kitchen, there is a guest WC, which also includes a washing machine. Next door is the entrance to the elevator offering easy access to all levels of the Villa, which makes it also very useful for wheelchair users.

Villa has five air-conditioned rooms which include 3 single and 2 double beds, all with facilities including 2 turbo massage baths and 2 turbo massage showers. All rooms have satellite TV and a DVD player and a terrace or balcony with patio table and comfortable chairs director. Two of the double rooms are very capacious and have extra, small single beds suitable for children. At the ground level is the capacious games room and gym, presently equipped with a pool table, exercise bike and treadmill.

Passing through the gate of the main entrance of the villa you enter the landscaped open living room with the L shaped kitchen. On the right side is the modern kitchen of wood, the colour treatment, the spears on the ceiling and the beautiful lighting above it gives the room a nice and cosy atmosphere. Next to the dining room with 10 chairs in the living room with fascinating views over the sea and the mountain, from there to one of the 2 sofas or a comfortable chair you can watch all the scenery and the daily light. It is rare to see a vulture flying over the hill. The living room also has a TV plasma 32", DVD player and stereo CD player, and a large fireplace at the corner. On this floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with 2 single beds and a bathroom with Jacuzzi and another with a double bed, with hydromassage bath, TV and DVD player.

Descending the stairs coming downstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with double bed and sofa bed, making a unique atmosphere during the cold winter, there is a fireplace in the corner, and the bathroom has a hydro massage bath. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and one sofa bed, bathroom with hydro massage bath. From the bedrooms, the sliding doors lead you to the terrace and the garden. Next to the stairs is placed the laundry and the ironing board.

From the central entrance, the living room with 2 sofas and the coffee table introduces you to the ground floor of the villa. In the living room, you will find satellite TV plasma, a DVD player a stereo CD player and a big fireplace. Connected to the living room, the kitchen comes with all the modern comforts. There you can also find the dinner table with 8 chairs and in the corner the fireplace. The panoramic view over the landscaped from the high mountains to the blue sea can be enjoyed from the dining table as well from the sofa group and the balcony. Iris villa has 4 bedrooms, two with double beds, one with 3 single beds and one with 2 single beds, all with en suite facilities, TV, DVD and hydro massage bath or shower.
