Linked to the living room is a L-shaped kitchen with all modern comforts as dishwasher, fridge and freezer as well as electric cooker with ceramic hob and microwave. Dining table with chairs sits 8 persons.
Same ground floor has 2 bedrooms, with two single beds or one double. Each one ensuite with a bathroom (hydromassage bath), TV and private balcony, facing the sea and surroundings.
Also, there is a common separate WC.
Going down the stairs your find the villas 2 other bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 singles beds ensued a bathroom with hydro massage bath and TV with DVD player, another bedroom with a double bed ensued the bathroom with hydro massage bath. Both of the bedrooms have sliding doors, opening into the garden where the view is breathtaking.
Villa has a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 5 m, with plenty of sun loungers and parasols for most convenience. All the guests can gather up for alfresco lunch or dinner under covered pergola with barbeque facilities.
