The size of the villa is 200 sq.m., while it is privately located in a 2000 sq.m plot, offering to our visitors a quiet and tranquil environment for a relaxing vacation.
The 40sqm swimming pool sits among a lawned garden, surrounded by parasols and places to chill out by the pool. The landscaped garden provides a vast outdoor view into the Cretan mountains.
Villa has a private parking place for more than two cars. The main entrance is at the front with a few steps up to the front door.
Living Space & Kitchen:
Divided into two floors, the villa can accommodate 7 guests in the existing beds. Villa consists of three bedrooms with king-sized beds and one bedroom with a single bed and it also has two bathrooms with a shower. The open plan kitchen, dining and seating area on the ground floor is a great place to socialise after a day by the pool. The big shutter doors flood the room with light and really open up the feeling of space.
