The lounge with spectacular views over the sea and mountain has 2 cozy sofas, plasma TV set, DVD player and a fireplace for relaxing evenings.
On floor, there are also 2 bedrooms – one with a double bed, another with two singles. Both rooms have ensuite hydro massage bathroom, TV and DVD. Each bedroom accesses a private balcony.
In addition, this floor contains a guest toilet.
Stairs lead down to the lower floor, which houses 2 more bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, sofa bed and a fireplace. Second bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a sofa bed. Both rooms have individual bathroom, TV. They directly exit into the garden.
Outside the villa has a private swimming pool of 40 sq. m. and a covered area with all equipment for barbeque.
