Villa 190 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 13 persons. The building is twostoried and both floors are available for the guests. 

The first floor offers two bedrooms, equipped with a queen sized bed and two single ones, respectively. If you wish, the two single beds can be combined into a double. Additionally, there is a third open plan bedroom with queen sized bed in the living room, which is separated by curtains from the main space, and a sofa that can be used as an additional bed. The bedroom, which features the queen sized bed, has direct access to the main bathroom, through a second door. This bathroom has a bathtub, whereas the bathroom in the bedroom with the single beds, has a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use; it is open-plan and combined with the spacious living room. 

The ground floor has a seperate entrance and offers two additional bedrooms, one with queen sized and the other with 2 single beds (that can also be joined into one double). This floor features a spacious living room with double sofa bed and direct access to the swimming pool as well as a bathroom with shower. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer Smart TVs.

The garage of the building has enough space for two cars and has an interior staircase.
