Villa offers privacy, luxurious accommodation, stunning pool and direct access to the sea. In a distance of 10-15 minute walk you will find shops, bars and restaurants and tennis court. Small pebble beach offers beautiful sea swimming and snorkeling. Boat hire is recommended for easy trips to many pretty waterside taverns or swimming to another deserted beaches nearby.

The villa has 7 bedrooms and accommodates up to 14 persons. There is direct access from the courtyard into the 1st master bedroom suite and adjoining guest room. It has private terrace with an impressive outdoor Jacuzzi. A dressing area, walk-in shower, Jacuzzi bath and king size bed, all made with good taste and luxury mode. A viewing gallery with telescope allows for 360 degree views of the Corfu Channel are also at your pleasure.

From the courtyard you enter the elegant living room with fireplace and dining table for 14 guests. The terrace provides a perfect place to relax. From the art-made kitchen you can go to outdoor covered area with bar, barbecue and outside dining table for up to 20 guests.

Downstairs there are 5 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms with showers and marble surfaces. Each bedroom has private terraces with beautiful sea view. Nearby there is a fabulously funky retro cinema room with three huge “Hollywood Pink” sofas, a massive 52 inch TV screen and a VW camper. A small gym plus a sauna and steam room complete the ground floor.

There is a 20 m length and 9 m wide salt water infinity pool. The poolside ‘Moroccan area’ with comfortable seating provides the perfect shaded area. The elegant pool house has a fireplace, barbecue and small kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, icemaker and all the poolside essentials. Stone steps lead up to a second smaller pool overlooking the main infinity pool and area below and suitable for small guests, it has also sun loungers. Guests are encouraged to help the local environment by preserving water during their stay.

The yacht marina and beach shared with another Villa 1 next to this house that is also available for rent. The guests have 50% discount for the golf courses, as well for rental boats.
