The villa located just 10 minutes driving away from the famous city of Rethymno, and its cafes, restaurants, super markets, beach bars, sandy beach, a variety of shops, and any amenity one would need for their self catered holiday.

The residence  can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests in real beds. Two more guests can be accommodated in two folding beds each of them located on two first floor bedrooms.

The open-plan kitchen, living room and  dining area provide the most beautiful and informal space to make meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventures.

***Pool Heating Policy***
-The pool can be heated March-May, October-November and the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C.
-The pool needs two days prior notice, before the arrival, to reach 23 °C and the cost is 150 euros for each of the first two days and 90 euros for every additional day. The pool should be heated for minimum 3 days use per time. Prior notice is required.

Daily Housekeeping Service. Towels and linen changes once per week.
