This 11-bedroomed villa, fully air-conditioned, able to sleep up to 22/26 guests, is a superb example of Greek hospitality. The villa is recenlty renovated to the higher standards. Thanks to its location, the villa offer total privacy to the property.
The whole property provides high-speed Wi-Fi . For groups of more than 18 people, there is an extra cost of 35 EUR/person/night. Groups under 18 people will have access only to the Main House of the property. If they wish to use also the "Guest House" there is an extra cost of 300€. Villa is composed by a main house (9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, lounge, and kitchen) and a guest house (2 en-suite bedrooms, 1 kitchen with living area), rented together for a total of 11 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. Together with the sofabeds, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 26 guests (21-22 in beds, 3 in sofa beds and we can also add an extra folding bed for the 26th guest if needed).
The villa is set over 3 floors, has beautiful terraces and every room offers panoramic views of sea or mountains.
Main Level.
Entering the house you will find a reception area with a large library with board games.
At this level there is a kitchen with modern electrical appliances and all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay.
In this level there is also the washing machine inside a cupboard together along with other useful household equipment such as iron, iron board, foldable drying rack, etc.
There is also a large living room with smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix App and a huge sofa which can easily be converted into a large bed and can accommodate 2 or more people. A second living room is located on the same level that provides a smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix App and a corner sofa bed, which can accommodate an extra person. Both living rooms have direct access to a balcony with a large dining table for 12 people and great sea views.
Finally, there is a bathroom with two private rain shower rooms which can be used by two people at the same time. Also, this bathroom provides a toilet, a hand basin and a hairdryer.
The whole level provides high-speed Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, First aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke detector.
Lower Level:
On this level (pool level) there is bedroom.
It is an en-suite double bedroom with a bathroom, air-conditioning and a large door that leads you to the garden and pool area. The bathroom is with a shower room, a toilet, a hand basin, and a hairdryer. This bedroom has also a separate private entrance from the back yard, that is wheelchair accessible. Finally, for those who are spending time in the swimming pool and garden area, there is also a separate bathroom, with a shower room, a toilet and a hand basin.
1st Level:
On the 1st level, there is bedroom.
It is an en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a rain shower room, a toilet, a hand basin and a hairdryer.
It also provides a safe box, as well as a smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix App.
There is also a large private balcony with a sitting area, where you can enjoy the unique Cretan sunset.
This en-suite is ideal for couples.
On this level, there is also an extra separate bathroom with a rain shower room, a toilet, hand basin and a hairdryer
2nd Level:
On the second Level there are in total 7 bedrooms.
Bedroom is the first you that you see on your left as you enter this level.
It has a double bed, air-conditioning.
On your right as you enter this level, there is one more air-conditioned, double bedroom with 2 windows overlooking the back yard and the impressive Cretan mountains. 1 bedrooms it also has a double bed, air-conditioning.
The largest one, has a double bed, 2 windows, as well as the access to the balcony over-looking to the pool area and the sea.
The attic bedroom has a semi-double bed, air-conditioning.
When you go to the second level, up the stairs there is a bedroom with air-conditioning.
Next there is a further newly added, low ceiling bedroom, “The Loft”.
It has 2 single beds, air-conditioning, and a window with panoramic sea view.
The beds can be merged into a King size bed, if needed.
On this level, to cover the needs of all guests, there is a bathroom with two private rain shower rooms which can be used by two people at the same time. Also, this bathroom provides a toilet, two hand basins and a hairdryer.
Guest House:
Finally, there is a separate guest house that is set over 1 floor.
It has 2 air-conditioned, ensuite double bedrooms where in each one there is a bathroom with a shower room, a toilet, hand basin, and a hairdryer. Also, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with fireplace.
It is ideal for a small family or 2 couples.
Outside the Guest House, is located a large dinning area with BBQ facilities.
The private swimming pool measures 9m x 6m (depth 1.4m) with comfortable sunbeds, parasols, and lovely views.
