Each villa is 90 sq.m., ideal for companies up to 7 guests, arranged on two levels.

The main entrance on the ground level: living room, dining area with a fully equipped kitchen.
A WC is available on this level. A staircase leads to the upper level, where all three bedrooms are located, sharing a bathroom with shower & bathtub. The washing machine installation also lies there.

Villa A and the attached Villa B, are 4 and 3 bedroom by construction, respectively.

Villa A offers a unique feature. With an interconnecting downward ladder you can reach the fourth bedroom, which has a completely autonomous living room, kitchen, private side entrance and outdoor area.

Villa B (attached villa), is only used to extend the number of bedrooms requested by the guests (5 to 7 bedrooms), ideal to serve either big families, family reunions, large groups of friends or any of such function requests.

The spacious exterior area 700 sq.m. includes a private, 72 sq.m. swimming pool with sun lounge chairs and umbrellas.
Additionally, there is an outdoor dining area, pergola, BBQ and wooden oven installation.

Both villas are equipped with manually controlled A/C, Solar boilers, cable TV, Wi-Fi internet access and electronic safe. A car rental is suggested, for transportation and in order to fully experience Sounio, Lavrio and the greater area which is offering a vast array of places to visit and activities to engage with.
