Each maisonette's ground floor consists of a wide sea view living room, one double bedroom and one bathroom . Each maisonette's first floor consists of two double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom.
The villa is ideal for families travelling together or a group of friends. The exterior has wide courtyards, at the front mountain view, while the front ground floor wide terrace has an amazing sea view and unobstructed connected to the garden where the outdoor barbeque area is located.
The garden's front door opens directly to the beach (50m walk). The beach is clean full of olive trees. Politeia Village has sports facilities (tennis, basketball, volleyball) and fully equipped children playground near the house (200m walking distance). A nice beach bar - restaurant (named 'Cozy') is located near the house.
The whole area around the gulf is ideal for hiking, biking, fishing, swimming and canoeing. Nearby excursions can be organised, archaeological area and museum in Delphi (90km), Arachova and Parnassos (80km). The supreme beaches of Chiliadou and Limnionas are located on the Eastern Aegean side of Evia in about 80km far.
