Guests have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces of the villa, including a living room, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a private heated pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, garden and many more. Villa 800 sq.m. plot, on the first floor, we are in an open plan space with a spacious living room and kitchen.

The first-floor hosts one bedroom with a king size bed, big closet, safe, A/C and En-suite bathroom with hydromassage.
The second floor has King size bedroom, with En-suite shower bathroom, A/C.
The ground floor has two other bedrooms, with twin beds and En-suite bathrooms, one with a spacious bath and the other one with a shower Jet cabinet.

The ground floor is also equipped with a second, smaller kitchen, as well as a utility room with washing machine, for extra comfort. Also the villa has a gym with a treadmill, a stationary bicycle, fitness equipment, a ping pong table and a big sauna. In the same space, there is the ability for two extra single beds to be added, to host two extra guests and mainly, the children of the party.

A 52 sq.m. heated pool with outdoor shower and a sanitation system based on salt water (free of chlorine), friendly to the skin and eyes, with a deck level overflow system to give the impression that water flows directly from some natural spring. The highlight of the villa is the BBQ area, equipped with a sink and a traditional Cretan wood oven.

✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.

✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Heating of the pool is included, also, in the booking price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
