The ground floor includes a large living area with kitchen and dining zone. The kitchen comes with luxurious accessories, plenty of working surfaces and is as convenient, as at home.

This level also has two bedrooms, each with access to veranda next to garden and private swimming pool. One has a double bed, another- two single beds. Practically furnished with bedside cabinets, wardrobes, office desk, luggage stand, soft and smooth linen and bath amenities – it is a dream to stay in! Bathroom features shower with Air Jets Bodyspray for massage. Utility rooms also could be found on the ground floor.

The upper floor offers a master bedroom with kingsize bed with ensuite bathroom, which has both shower and Jacuzzi tub. Same comforts are available-toiletries, towels, bathrobes, slippers.

Outdoor territory is fully landscaped – green garden has many flowers, olive and orange trees, the private parking area contains 2 cars. The private swimming of 39 sq. m. pool has slip resistant surface around and is perfect for families with kids. Cretan Breakfast is served by chef at the villas’ common outdoor breakfast area, from June 1st to September 30th, daily from Monday to Saturday. Rest period, breakfast is served on extra request & charge.
Pool Heating cost is 60€/day. Period April to October, min charge 3 days.
