A nice and modern house with a beautiful view. The house itself is newly built and has all the amenities that you want inside. The kitchen has an array of coffee makers, juicer, knives, cutlery, crockery and condiments, spices etc. The sitting area is comfortable and has a large smart TV with a variety of channels and netflix also present.

The bedrooms are all individually and tastefully decorated and are all air conditioned. There are a total of 4 toilet/shower rooms with one in the basement next to the gym, one on the ground floor and 2 on the upper level.

The outside of the property is well tended to with an array of flowers, shrubery, growing herbs etc. There is also a hammock and child's rope swing which are children loved.

There are two outside seating areas to the property. The pool has an area around it with sun loungers and a separate dining table with chairs. Although slightly overlooked by a neighbouring villa, it was a quiet and cool area where one can sit and not feel disturbed.

The location in the hillside over village is optimal to a relaxing, quiet vacation, but still not far away from Platanias or Chania.
