Villa 4 is a 3-bedroom Villa with a private infinity pool and amazing sea views and sunset views, only 4 km from the famous sandy beach in Chania. A few lovely traditional taverns are found at about 1300 meters away and a supermarket at 3 km.

Villa is a ground level Villa and it offers a modern open plan living room area with direct access to the sea view pool area. A fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and living room area are also provided.

Three bedrooms with double beds and two en-suite bathrooms are provided. One common bathroom is also available.

All guests can enjoy a sea view private pool area with an infinity pool, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas. A portable barbeuce is also provided. Private parking space can be found on the premises of the Villa as well.

The long sandy beach of famous for its crystal clear waters and the unique sunset, is easily accesible at 4 km away. A few restaurants, taverns and a mini-market can be found less than 2 km away. The picturesque old town of Chania is located about 50 km away.
