There are four double ensuite bedrooms, a 5th bathroom, a spacious dining/living room with open kitchen, and a laundry/utility room with extra fridge which is easily accessed from the outdoor kitchen. Each floor has a spacious concrete covered terrace offering a cool and shady area for relaxation whilst enjoying the spectacular sea views.

The upper floor includes an entrance from the parking area, 3 ensuite bedrooms, a separate bathroom, and a hallway with staircase leading to the lower floor.

The lower floor includes a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the dining/living area, kitchen, laundry room, and the spacious outdoor areas. There are two dining areas on this level, one on the west and one on the east side of the villa. The exterior western part of the lower floor has a wonderful outdoor dining area, 2 lounges, and a practical outdoor kitchen equipped with a wood burning oven, a charcoal BBQ, a sink, and a bar.

The swimming pool is located on the lowest level of the property. Here you’ll also find a spacious pergola covered lounge, sunbeds, a boules court, a guest WC, and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool can also be heated at a supplement.

Cleaning / maid service: Change of linen and towels midweek once per week. Linen, towels, and pool/beach towels are provided. Option of additional cleaning / change of linen and towels.
