Ground floor opens with a spacious lounge area, which incorporates the living and dining rooms. Here by the fireplace you can relax on the sofas, watch TV, surf the web and enjoy the views. Panoramic doors from floor to ceiling slide and open to the main terrace with swimming pool and shaded veranda. Dining table is ample enough to sit all the guests. Separately stands a kitchen, which has all you may need when cooking – fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, full set of crockery and cutlery. Ground level also has 1 twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.

Internal staircase leads up to first floor, where you can find 2 more bedrooms – with one double or two single beds. Both have fitted wardrobes, a balcony and individual bathroom with shower.

On the top floor there is master bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and private sunny patio. Moreover, all the bedrooms face the sea.

A large swimming pool of 32 sq. m. with sun loungers around complements the villa. Villa also has a covered barbeque area with dining set, which gives opportunity to have alfresco family dinner altogether and enjoy amazing views and weather.
