Stunning villa with direct access to a small beach offered for rent. Located in the southern part of Corfu, it is only 10 minutes’ drive to the airport and capital city of the island with its numerous shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. A picturesque fishing village is about 1,5 m away with plenty of restaurants and mini-markets. There is also a newly built fishing and yacht marine. The nearest mini-market and restaurant you can find is about 150 m from the villa away. Villa consists on main house and an independent studio. In total, it accommodates up to 8 guests.

In the main house, there are 3 bedrooms, spread over two floors. A double bedroom on the ground level and 2 more (with double or twin beds) on the first floor. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned and equipped with a TV.

There is also a living room, dining room, separate and fully supplied kitchen. Basic office equipment and wireless internet provided. Also, there are two bathrooms in the main house – one with a shower, another has full tub.

Nearby is an independent studio with a double bed, kitchenette and a shower room.

Spacious garden has plenty of shaded and open-air terraces with big wooden table and chairs for all the guests to dine alfresco and relax, enjoying the nice view to the sea and mainland of Greece and Albania. Barbeque equipment provided.Private swimming pool of 60 sq. m. complements the garden. Meanwhile, villa grants direct access via stairs to a same secluded beach, which is extremely convenient for those, who prefer sea. The villa is also suitable for boats, as you are able to anchor in front of its garden.
