Four luxury Beach villas offered for rent. Villas are situated just a few steps from almost private sandy pebble beach. Property is located close to the popular resort village on the northern part of Corfu.

Right below the estate there are steps leading down to the two small private rocky beaches. Here there is a wooden deck with sun beds.

The interiors combine style and quality. Each villa is designed with 'outdoor living' in mind. There are various pergola-shaded areas and large verandas throughout the whole estate. On the upper levels these terraces provide numerous alternatives. Perfect for lounging or dining through the day. The rooms with balconies enjoy unstoppable views to the sensational scenery.

Villa 2 – This is is the closest of the four villas to the beach access and the pontoon.

It offers 4 bedrooms – 2 x Fixed King & 2 x Twin/King – all en-suite bathrooms. There is air-conditioning and a 15m Infinity Pool. The poll may be heated at an extra charge. There is table tennis and a well-equipped gym. This villa has Wi-fi and an outdoor sound system.

Villa 1 and Villa 2 may be rented together only during peak summer months with chef service included.
Although the two houses are adjacent, the terraces are screened from each other. Only the smaller swimming pool may be seen by the main house.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
From June 26th – August 27th villa 1 is exclusively sold together with its sister property villa 2, forming KINGFISHER POINT for 16 people. Villa 1 is not available for rent on its own during this period.

Please note that due to the unique design of the property each room is accessed from the outside and there are no interconnecting rooms. A single bed may be able to be placed in the downstairs bedrooms to help accommodate your specific party, upon request, as long as the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.

Food items are paid for separately. The staff will shop for guests and take a cash float to do so, alternatively, guests can shop themselves. A cooked breakfast is as part of this service.
Tennis court, requires booking if other houses are occupied. Guests can do this via the villa concierge prior to arrival or during their stay.
