An open-plan space consists of an all well-organized kitchen, a servery for both breakfast and dinner, a living room area, and a bathroom that is suitable for all the guests. Next to the bathroom, in the wardrobe, there is a washing and dryer machine. In the same place, there is a double-sized bed with a high-quality mattress and a Smart TV. Outdoor facilities:
Step out on the veranda where the outdoor area is fully fenced with a private swimming pool and the infinity blue will impress you. Around the pool, there are sunbeds and an umbrella for luxurious poolside relaxation and quality time. Pretty close to this area exists an outdoor dining table next to the charcoal barbecue with a sink and a cupboard.

As the villa is located on a hill, the last 600m to reach the complex is an off-road road. We recommend to use SUV car in order to reach the complex easily.

Heated Pool Policy For 2023, the swimming pool can be heated from March till end of May and from 15th September till end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26,5 – 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request three days advance notice for this facility.
