Villa comprises of two sides and adjoining guesthouse for up 11-22 guests.
The one side offers 1 master-bedroom with a double bed, 3 single bedrooms (two of them can have an extra bed). Rooms feature either air-conditioning or ceiling fans.

The other side has 1 master bedroom with a double and two single beds, 2 bedrooms with a single bed and and extra bed if necessary. A sofa in the lounge converts to double bed, so is suitable for 2 more guests.

The guesthouse includes 1 double bed and 2 single sofa beds in the same room. There are 8 bathrooms at guests’ disposal (with shower or tub) spread around the villa. The kitchen equipped with cooking tools. For the entertainment villa provides wireless internet access, big TV, game console and others.

Outdoors, there is a large terrace with swimming pool, dining and lounge areas.  Additionally, you can find a barbeque area  and dining set. 

Villa’s location area is a top rated beach area of Athens, which boasts more than 6 km of sandy beach, with crystal clear and mostly calm waters, and a rare cone forest reaching to the water edge! With car rented it is very easy to ,move around, couple of villages and towns are in 15 minutes’ drive only, where you can enjoy shopping and dining at local traditional taverns and restaurants.

For those, who would like to explore Greece, it is very easy to make daytrips to Corinth, Mycenae, Epidaurus, Nafplion, with their vast wealth of archaeological and historical monuments. The Delphi archaeological site is also within the reach of a day trip. Another option to vary your holidays, is to take a day cruise from port of Athens to islands of Hydra, Poros or Aegina.
