External Living | Pool & BBQ: 600m2 outdoor area with a 40m2 private swimming pool (1,55 meters deep). BBQ portable facilities (gas) are available outdoors.

Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms : The Villa boasts four wonderful bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed at the lounge area of the lower floor. The maximum capacity is 9 guests.

Ground Floor: Living Room ( featuring a 42’’ Smart TV ) with direct access to the balcony & shaded dining area • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Indoor dining area • Double Bedroom with Queen Size Bed (1.60x2.00) & 32’’ Smart TV, access to balcony • A shared Bathroom with shower is also available on the ground floor.

First Floor: Double Bedroom with Queen Size Bed (1.60x2.00) & 32’’ Smart TV, access to balcony with sea views & comfy sitting • Twin Bedroom with two single beds (0.90x2.00) & 32’’ Smart TV, access to balcony with sea views & comfy sitting • A shared Bathroom with bathtub & shower is available also on the first floor.

Lower Floor: Lounge area with comfy sittings (featuring a 60’’ Smart TV & Play Station 4 with 2 controllers ), Sink & Fridge • Double Bedroom with Queen Size Bed (1.60x2.00) & 32’’ Smart TV • A shared Bathroom with shower is also available on the lower floor. • One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed at the lounge area.

Practicalities
There is free secure parking space inside the villa’s premises for three cars • The property is well-equipped with all the mod cons; fully equipped kitchen, Fridge with freezer, Electric stove & oven, Filter coffee machine, Espresso Machine (capsules), Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Juice Maker, Food Processor (Multi), Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer, Iron & Board, Hair dryer (one in each bathroom), Safety box, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector.
