Seafront Crete Villa in Rethymno with 4 bedrooms and heated pool.

Villa within the 1.2 acre with lovely sea views and a private infinity pool, near the small village in south Rethymno. The villa is located on a seafront cliff, about 40 meters above a private pebble beach with private access.

It has two floors with open plan area with a cozy living room, a fireplace, a dining table and a kitchen.
One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom is also provided on the pool floor.

An interior staircase leads downstairs, where one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with a double bed each and a common bathroom. An impressive hammam room is also provided.

Please note for large groups (more than 8 guests) an open plan studio with a small kitchen is also available downstairs. The studio has a cocomat double bed where can sleep two children.

Heated private pool with sea views, eight sun loungers and a shaded dining table with a barbecue corner. Free wireless internet and air conditioning are provided in every bedroom. A washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher are offered as well.

There is an extra bathroom for the pool, a toilet in each bathroom and an extra toilet for guests.
There is a possibility to add a studio which sleeps 2/4 people and which has a small kitchen and a separate bathroom with toilet.
The modern kitchen has an oven, magnetron, gas and electric cooking,dishwasher, a quooker and a Bora exhaust system so you can cook with a view….with herbs from the garden…
There is fireplace, underfloor heating and airco in all rooms and the studio.
There is a washing machine, dryer and washing lines but of course we can take care of your laundry
The veranda has a barbecue and a sink.
The large pool is heated and has a countercurrent swimming device

Other things to note
The pool is heated from April until the end of November, and the cost of the pool heating is included in the price.

The beds will be made when you arrive and the linens will be changed midweek during the midweek cleaning.
