Villas are identical in size and have similar layout, offering 270 sq. m. living space over three floors. Both luxuriously furnished throughout, these houses provide all modern conveniences and amenities for most comfortable stay.

The ground floor includes an open plan modern kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliances, living room with amazing views. This area opens directly to the pool area. Additionally, this level hosts a bedroom with a bathroom.
Thanks to high ceilings and wide windows, the floor feels very bright and airy, allowing in plenty of natural light.

The first floor comprises of two ensuite bedrooms, which have access to a private sunny veranda with stunning sea views. Large bedrooms have one double or two single beds, ample wardrobes, a TV.

The basement features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, accessing the garden area. Moreover, there is a gym (treadmill, cross trainer, bicycle, multi-gym, dumbbells, exercise mat, rowing machine(CRT239)), sauna, laundry. Separate cinema room has a large 60" flat screen TV, DVD player, 360 Xbox Kinect, stereo system and cozy sofas for relaxation. Wireless internet access available throughout the house. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this floor.
