A wonderful villa just 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very rural setting with restaurants and supermarkets nearby when needed (10-15min walk ).
25 minutes by car to Chania Old Town, 11 minutes from Chania International Airport.
The villa is perfect for families or groups of various sizes wanting communal space, but also some privacy
The house is in an area of 5800m^2, surrounded of a flower garden. Next to the house there is a garden with all kind of seasonal groceries and olive trees. The internal of the residence is 340m^2, is organised with all the necessities for hosting many people (aircondition, washing machine, a full organised kitchen, hair dryers, cable tv, wi-fi,), also during the winter, as there is a fireplace and central heating. There is also a small apartement (45m^2) where can stay 2 more guests with privacy. There is also a swimming pool, with proper place for babies and children. At the backyard there is a barbecue for outdoor cooking and eating.
