The villa can accommodate up to 6 people in its 3 bedrooms and its spacious premises. In the outdoor area, you can find a 30 m2 heated private pool overlooking the sea. You can keep up with your daily workout in the in-house fitness room. The fully equipped kitchen and the outdoor stone-built BBQ and will encourage you to try your cooking skills at any time of the day.
The open plan seating, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. There is also a large balcony located off this room with a stone BBQ.
All three bedrooms sit on the first floor. There are two bedrooms with a double bed, sharing a balcony and fabulous views of the surrounding area. There is also another bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with mountain views. Those three bedrooms share a family bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. There is one more bathroom sitting on the ground floor of the Villa.
On the basement, you will find the Sauna and a fully equipped gym, as well as a fridge to store your wines and a washing/drying machine.
Villa has a front gate and a private parking inside the Villa to park your car hires. The main entrance is at the side of the pool, just a few steps of your parking place.
Just 16k from Chania city and a few steps away from the sea. Villa also provides easy and quick access to some of the most recognizable beaches of the world like Falassarna and Elafonissi.
