Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Villa with four bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to nine guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in a folding bed (could be placed in the living room area). The maximum capacity is 10 guests.
There is secured parking space inside the Villa’s premises for three cars • The property is well-equipped with: Fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Espresso Machine (capsules), Filter Coffee machine, Microwave, Kettle, Sandwich Maker, Toaster, Dishwasher, Food Processor (Multi) , Washing Machine, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detectors, Safety Box and a fully equipped kitchen.

Pool Heating Policy:
-The pool can be heated March-June and September-November and on the days with outside temperature less than 25 °C.-
The pool needs two days prior notice before arrival to reach 23 °C and the cost is 50 euros for each day of use. The pool should be heated for a minimum of 3 days use per time. Prior notice is required.
-Water temperature can reach up to 27 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature.
-In case of rain it won’t be possible to use the pool.
