The luxury home provides spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests. It is the perfect escape for romantic escapes and unique family gatherings!

The 700m2 outdoor area of the villa feature a sensory private heated pool (30m2, 1.40 deep), with a children’s pool compartment (10m2, 0.50 deep) and a heated spa whirlpool (5m2). The villa features an outdoor playground for our younger guests and a ping pong table. The pool area is equipped with sun beds, parasols and patio furniture and also features BBQ facilities.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor of the Villa, guests have access to an open plan space, where you may find a spacious living room, a kitchen & dinning area. In addition, this level is also suitable for guests with accessibility needs as it is wheelchair accessible & offers direct access to the pool terrace. A few steps below the ground floor there’s one more double bedroom and with fitness area.

First Floor
Two bedrooms on the first floor. One double and one twin bedroom, each one with its own en-suite bathroom for outmost privacy. All bedrooms are fully equipped with high quality beds and mattresses, fitted wardrobes, led 32’TVs, wonderful balcony settings and include air conditioning.

There is secured parking space inside the Residence premises for 2 cars.

Pool & Spa whirlpool – Heating Policy :
– The Pool & Whirlpool can be heated from March till May & from October till November and for days with outside temperature less than 25°C degrees.
– Water temperature can reach up to 28 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature and prior notice is required.
