Several sandy beaches to choose from are within 800m from the Villa.
Surrounding area: Peaceful and safe neighborhood with family residents.
Beautiful villa and lovely clean swimming pool (although extra chairs/sunbeds by the pool would have been useful). You can walk to the beach but it is a bit of a hike.
The villa is a good base from which to explore Athens and the surrounding region and we enjoyed our stay.
Two supermarkets in 3km distance, plus 1 Mini markets within 200m. Wide variety of taverns, restaurants and cafés within 500m -1000 m. Pharmacies, ATM’s, bakeries, doctor’s offices and many other facilities. Nightclubs, bars. Athens Historic center is only 40 minutes driving distance. The lively Athens' southern beach suburbs of Glyfada, Voula, Vouliagmeni with their endless quality shopping, dining, clubbing and organized beaches are only 15-20 minutes driving distance to the west. The Temple of Poseidon at Sunion, is only 15-20 minutes driving distance to the east.
