Also one wc on the ground floor. On the right side of the living room, there are 2 bedrooms, one double on the ground floor and one twin on the first floor, sharing a bathroom on the ground floor.

The pool is 40sq.m. and its depth is 0.8m at the shallow end and 1.6m at the deep end
