The villa’s four bedrooms are also air-conditioned and placed for privacy, one on the ground floor, two on the first, and the master bedroom, with en suite bathroom and its own balcony, occupying the top of the house. Outside, a heated infinity pool is set in a lawned and decked garden, and a covered terrace is furnished for al fresco dining, overlooking the pool and bay and joined by a barbecue area. A series of steps lead down to the long pebble beach, with a couple of tavernas an easy stroll away. There are tennis courts at nearby Nissaki Beach Hotel, and boat rental can be pre-booked to make the most of the coast.
