The villa is fully furnished to ensure the guests will experience most comfort when stay. It can accommodate a large family or a group of 9, and comes with both air-conditioning and heating, so it is suitable for year round stay.

Villas elevated main floor has the entrance, which brings you to a large open plan lounge area, a dining room and kitchen with comfortable couches by the fireplace, TV, DVD player. Kitchen has been fully equipped with modern appliances and all necessary crockery items for self-cooking. This area features plenty of windows and patio doors, leading out to a shaded veranda with dining set – perfect for breakfast with a sea view.

The hallway extends to the back of the house and has 3 bedrooms on the right with 1 bathroom and other 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom on the left. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and furnished with one double or two single beds, ample wardrobes for storage. Rooms face either garden or the sea side.

Terrace has gated stairs, that go down to the swimming pool on the ground level. The pool measures 31 sq. m., heated on request and surrounded by the shady cypress trees. Paved deck around is complemented with sun loungers and umbrellas for most comfort. Shaded pergola by the pool has ample seating and is a good choice for rest during hot sunny day. For those, who prefer sea – a nice beach is in just 100 meters away! Additionally on the villa, there is a traditional barbeque oven, where you can prepare delicious grilled dinner and arrange alfresco family gatherings.
