Villa consists of three levels, measuring 700 sq. m. and accommodates 12-14 guests maximum. It is designed in colonial style combining traditional and grand mansion architectural elements. With its marble and oak-wood flooring, solid wood broad windows, villa is tastefully furnished and modernly equipped with home appliances.
Main entrance is on the ground floor with a spacious open-plan living area, kitchen, separate indoor dining area and outdoor terrace with dining set. Large kitchen has full set of cooking tools and set of crockery. Same floor has 1 guest bathroom. There are 2 bedroom suites on the ground floor – both fitted with a double bed, individual bathroom, ample walk-in closet and access to the garden or terrace.
Upper level offers 2 more double bedrooms, each one with a sitting area, private bathroom, accessing a cozy terrace. In addition, you can find 2 bedrooms with twin beds, sharing a common bathroom.
Lower level contains game room with TV, gym area, which is very convenient for those, who prefer to workout regular even while vacations. For entertainment on the villa, there are flat screen TV sets, DVD player and WIFI internet access. This floor also has 1 twin bedroom with a bathroom - mostly suitable for nanny or assisting personnel.
Outside area offers a series of terraces, a big green lawn complemented by a swimming pool (18 x 9 m), plenty of sun loungers provided for guests to relax, play and sunbath. There is also a smaller plunge pool with built-in Jacuzzi hot tub. Besides, guests can enjoy alfresco dining, barbeque area equipped.
