It is also worth to mention that the bedroom located on this floor with its en-suite bathroom meets all the needs to accommodate people with disabilities, as it is wheelchair accessible.

Designed with children in mind, on the lower level you will find a playroom with games which will occupy children and adults. This fully organized room has a 50’’ TV, games for all ages such as a “Garlando” football table, board games and a big blackboard.
