The separate kitchen is fully equipped with 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle (a washing machine with sink and ironing facilities are available in a separate utility room). The whole villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price).

On the ground floor there are also 3 spacious bedrooms (all with patio doors opening straight to the outside) and 3 modern bathrooms. The bedrooms on the ground floor are respectively 1 double and 2 twins: the double bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with bathtub + shower over as well as walk.in wardrobe, one of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite shower room while the third bedroom can use the family bathroom with bathtub + shower rover).
