The ground floor houses a large open-plan living room with comfortable sofas widescreen TV and DVD player, wireless internet. It flows into the dining area and kitchen with all necessary cooking tools. Same level hosts 1 double and 1 twin bedded room, sharing 1 common bathroom (equipped with shower). Bedrooms overlook garden and the pool.

Upper, on the first floor, there are 2 more bedrooms, with one double and two single beds accordingly, 1 family bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. In the top level of the villa, there is an attic which can be used a single bedroom.

Villa is fully air-conditioned, with central heating and fireplace. There is a veranda, dining area, private swimming pool and barbeque area.
