The villa can easily accommodate 8 guests, in a 175 sq.m indoor area, offering all the comfort they seek on their precious holidays !

The three Bedrooms and the attic in the living room will accommodate up to 8 persons all sleeping in real beds.
Two of the bedrooms owns en-suite bathrooms with shower. The attic above the living room will accommodate two guests.

Villa has parking space on premises for many cars and you will feel safe on that !

The area is a famous resort for holidays offering many walking paths to explore the Cretan nature and breath the fresh air of the Countryside.

✔ Welcome service . We will wait you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive . A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining of where to go and what to see, depend on your likes .
✔ A welcome pack . Upon arrival some basic goods awaits you in the villa .
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free WiFi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days .
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh .
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ Central heating on winter reservations . The fee for the central heating is 250 euro/week .
✔ Heated pool is included on price for , April , May, October, November . On summer months no Pool heating needed !
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa , we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
