Perfect place for a family or group of up to 5-6 persons. For most convenience, we highly recommend to hire a car. Nearest facilities, like shops and taverns could be reached within 10 minutes’ drive, the closest beach is in 2 km. Moreover, villa is close enough to vibrant town of Agios Nikolaos.

Villa is built on 2 levels, measuring about 180 sq. m. Both heating and air-conditioning systems installed to ensure comfortable temperature any time of the year.
Main entrance is on the ground floor as a spacious lounge with sitting area by the fireplace, kitchen and dining zone. Whole area is modernly equipped and furnished, satellite TV and stereo system provided, wireless internet access available. All necessary laundry facilities provided. This floor has large sliding windows, opening onto the main terrace and leading to the pool. Same level has 1 guest WC.
Upper floor houses 3 bedrooms – 1 master bedroom with seaviews and ensuite bathroom(tub), 1 guest bedroom (a double bed) and 1 single bedroom. There is 1 more bathroom at guests’ service. One extra bed could be arranged for the sixth guest to stay.

Private pool of 32 sq. m. features infinity edge, offering relaxing and refreshing moments on the sunbeds during the hot summer day. Guests can also benefit from the barbeque facilities available on site, and enjoy an alfresco meal in the outdoor dining area of the shaded pergola. A manicured garden surrounds the villa with neat lawns, fully fenced, so that kids can safely play around. Ample parking space available.
